Lenh Senesouk, 84, West Scranton passed away Thursday at Geisinger CMC. His beloved wife is Bouasay Senesouk.
Born in Thailand, and raised in Laos, Lenh came to the United States in 1980. Prior to his retirement, Lenh, worked for Compression Polymers, Moosic. His family was the center of his life, especially his wife, who was always by his side. This time of year was Lenh's favorite, when he looked forward to start planting his seeds and his garden. A jack of all trades, his family nicknamed him MacGyver, because he was so ingenious, savvy, and inventive.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Phitsamay and Michael (Orlasa) Senesouk, four daughters, Sakai Sansook, Laong (James Jr.) Slater, Tabay Willis, all of Scranton and Donna (Mathew) Shipton, Mississippi; eighteen grandchildren, Johnnie Dang, Kyle, Chloe, Gabriel and Anthony Slater; Savon Sansook; Megan, Rowan, Taylor, Cameron, Angelina, and Angelica Senesouk; Jaidee, Jaden, and Giana Willis; Dylan, Hannah and Malia Shipton. Great-Grandaughter Jasmine Senesouk.
He was preceded in death by grandson, Derek Heisey on April 21, 2014.
Family and friends may call Thursday, April 14 from 5 to 7 PM at the Semian Funeral Home, LLC, 704 Union St. Taylor. Funeral service will begin promptly at 10 am on Friday, April 15. Interment will be private in Cathedral Cemetery.
